The property consists of a large main house that sleeps 10 people and two independent gîtes, each of which sleeps 4 people, for a maximum capacity of 18 people. It is possible to rent only the main house for 10 people, or the main house with just one of the two gîtes. The price indicated is for the entire property (capacity of 18 people).

This family property with a heated salt pool is situated in a small hamlet close to Rouffignac, about 3 km from all amenities and the weekly Sunday morning market.

The main house has a fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the dining room. From here, you have access to a veranda leading on one side to a balcony with magnificent views over the valley and, on the other, to the garden, swimming pool and shaded outdoor dining area.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a second large dining room featuring its own bar. (All rooms on the ground floor are equipped with air-conditioning.)

From here, a staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a lounge area and a double bedroom in the pigeonnier. A long corridor leads to 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The gîtes, each have an open-plan kitchen/dining and living area, as well as two upstairs double bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

Options are available for this property:

- Linen pack: includes 3 towels per person (2 bath towels and a pool towel) and bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover).

- Baby pack: The baby pack includes a high chair and a cot with linen.
